The mission of EVECCS and ECVECC is to promote the advancement of knowledge and high standards of practice in veterinary emergency medicine and critical patient care. This is the main goal of the joint congress done every year in Europe.
The Scientific Committee is seeking proposals for presentation topics and ideas for our 17th EVECC congress in Venice, Italy, that will take place from 21 to 23th of June 2018. Veterinary and Technician Experts in Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care are invited to submit their proposed topics and course descriptions for lecture to Isabelle Goy-Thollot (chair of the scientific committee).
The focus of the 2018 EVECC congress will be on “Straight to the heart”: cardiovascular emergency, arrhythmias in ER, hemodynamic changes in critical patients, with a focus on septic shock, or sepsis. However, the program will cover a wide variety of topics with a wide variety of levels to satisfy the needs of veterinary and technician specialists, advanced clinicians and technicians, general practitioners, and support staff dedicated to or having a special interest in Emergency and Critical Care.
